DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES

These features are not yet uniform across browsers. Our Website does not currently process or respond to "do-not-track" (DNT) settings in your web browser.

Device permissions: mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as camera and microphone as well as push notifications.
Uninstall: you can stop all information collection by the app by uninstalling the app using the standard uninstall process for your device.
E-mail: if you receive promotional emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the e-mail.
Location information: if you choose to opt-in, some of our apps may collect your device's precise real-time location, and in such cases, you may be able to opt-out from further allowing us to have access to such location data by managing your location preferences in the app and/or on your device.

If the User does not agree or cannot comply with any of the conditions of this Policy, then please do not use the Website or mobile application or any of our offered Services.

GOVERNING LAW
This user agreement and all the rules and policies contained herein and any of your usage of website and your dealings with Company shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
ARBITRATION
If any dispute arises between You and Company during Your use of the Website or Your dealing with the Company in relation to any activity on the Website, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement and all the rules and policies contained herein, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Company. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi. Your obligations to pay the Payment Fees shall not be suspended during the arbitration proceedings.
