We Offer a 7-Business Days Return & Refund Policy
While we strive to provide you with a great shopping experience, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of the paid price.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, simply drop an email at customercare@darvi.in or send us a WhatsApp message at +919711618686 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your name, order number, contact details, and reason for the return or refund.
Return Process
Once you contact us, we will provide the return address via WhatsApp or email. Customers need to send the product back to the communicated address.
Conditions for Return
We understand that things happen, but please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are in saleable condition, with tags intact, in their original packaging, and in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged state. Itβs only fair!
Refund and Replacement
Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by our team. To return any damaged or incorrect items, please contact us via email at customercare@darvi.in. Ensure that all returned items are accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our returns policy.
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override this 7-day return policy.
Important:
Please record an unboxing video of your parcel. In the case of damage or missing items, share the video with us for validation. Without a video, we will be unable to entertain any complaints.
